HMMWV In Scale

This model represents a HMMWV GMV-S. The base kit is Tamiya No.35263 M1025 Humvee with Legends LF1212 'GMV Conversion' + Legends LF1195 'Ibis Tek front bumper', Gijs only used the photo etch that came with the Legends GMV conversion but did a lot of scratchbuilding like the AN/PSC-5 satellite radio lots of other small details. The stowage came mostly from the conversion kit and some came out of his spare parts box. The extended radiator grill is a gift from Legend which they kindly sent to for free. The 2 seats in the cargo bed came from a modelling buddy. The paints used were mostly Vallejo.
